What Do We Do?

The Tennessee Community Organizations (TNCO), is a statewide membership association representing 60 community organizations that support people with intellectual, developmental and aging disabilities. Our 60 members touch the lives of more than 74,000 people, which includes their employees and the people with disabilities that they support.
